The ranking was based on a rigorous methodology that included:

  • Quality Metrics (45%) – including clinical outcomes, safety, and evidence-based practices

  • National Online Survey (35%) – featuring peer recommendations from healthcare professionals

  • Patient Experience Data (15%) – using feedback from the Home Health Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HHCAHPS)

  • National Accreditations (5%) – including ACHC, CHAP, and The Joint Commission
